On Friday, January 6th, we are hosting an OPEN HOUSE for our Stone’s Throw culinary job training program. Any and everyone is welcome come by the Stone Soup Cafe for a tour of the kitchen, an introduction to our amazing staff and to learn about funding opportunities and application process.

This is the 7th Stone’s Throw class that the Bread Line Inc. has hosted – students in our program learn the basics of how to work in a kitchen along; take several field trips to working kitchens in Fairbanks to familiarize them with their options; receive Servsafe® food handler and restaurant manager certification; and work alongside professional chefs while learning new skills.

Stone’s Throw is an intensive two-tier, twelve week program and a rising member of Catalyst Kitchens.
