Support both The Folk School and the Bread Line and learn about pastries at the same time!  Sign up and learn how to make Eclair’s with the Bread Line’s very own Stone’s Throw Chefs, Liann Peryea and Marisa Pena.  Hurry! This class can host up to 20 students maximum.

Supplies Needed: 

  • 3 – 4 metal or glass mixing bowls (at least one heat-safe)
  • rubber spatula
  • wire whisk
  • electric stand or hand held mixer (if not available, bowl and whisk will be fine)
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • small pot
  • sauce pan
  • pastry bag and pastry tip (if not available, ziplock bag)
  • cooling rack
  • sheet pan
  • parchment paper (optional)
