With a new month & a new venue, Soup Off 2026 will be 6-9PM AKST on Sunday, February 22nd at the 8 Star Events Center!

Twenty of Fairbanks’ favorite eateries will bring their best soups to compete for YOUR vote & the judges’ favor while raising money for the Bread Line’s anti-hunger programs. 

Come hungry, because you will be able to try delicious soups from Aurora Mediterranean, Zach’s, Aurora Borealis Basecamp’sLatitude 65, Yukon Cajun, Chena Hot Springs, Wedgewood Resort Catering, Co-Op Market & Deli, Waroeng Food Truck & Ryan Middle School Culinary Club, DW Grill, Tots Proper, GOOD Cafe, Stir It Up, GR’s Empanada House, Soba, Great Harvest Bread Co., River City Cafe, Ivory Jacks, the Pump House, Lane’s Quickie Tacos, Prick Thai, Oishi Kitchen & 8 Star Events Center! 

There will also be an exciting silent auction, decadent dessert auction & a raffle with the chance to win TWO Alaska Airline tickets. Nothing but the finest at the Soup Off.
