For the past year, Simard Automotive has been fundraising for the Bread Line. They ran a series of television commercials (a first for us!) that have been enormously helpful in getting more food donations during a time of elevated need, finding new volunteers & letting folks know that we’re a resource. Simard also has been collecting donations at their shops!

Mike Simard came by last week to drop off the fruits of their labor with a giant check for over $4,000! This kind of generosity is what makes the Bread Line’s work possible. Simard’s donation will help us feed a lot of people.

Simard Automotive is a local shop that serves local people with local flair & takes care of its community in more than one way. We are grateful for their ongoing support in the Bread Line’s mission of “feeding people & affirming lives” in Fairbanks.
