Join the Stone Soup Community Garden’s annual harvest!

Volunteers spend the summer growing fresh produce at the Stone Soup Community Garden, to feed guests of the Stone Soup Cafe and other food-insecure neighbors of South Fairbanks. Now it is time to reap what we’ve sown! Help dig up potatoes, pluck out carrots, cut off zucchinis/all varieties of brassicas, and prep the beds for winter THIS Saturday, August 28th, at 11AM, in the Stone Soup Community Garden, at the corner of 11th & Lacey St., in beautiful downtown Fairbanks. Together, there is enough for everyone.

Bring a friend (or two) and your own gloves, if possible. We will provide water, snacks and other tools necessary to harvest.
