With the winter season approaching, many of the Bread Line guests will need warm hats, gloves, boots and coats. This past weekend, the AmeriCorps VISTA of Fairbanks and the Fairbanks Housing and Homeless Coalition organized the second Community Needs Drive event – where Fairbanks community members donated items. Every item that was collected at this event was requested by ten different non-profit agencies in town. The Bread Line is so thankful for the boxes and boxes of warm clothes received from the Community Needs Drive! Thank you Fairbanks!
