Thank you KTVF 11 Fairbanks for featuring the Bread Line’s Stone Soup Community Garden!  Garden Coordinator, Sean Enfield, AmeriCorps VISTA, Daisy Morotti, and a team of amazing community volunteers have spent this summer with busy hands in the soil, growing food for Fairbanks community members who experience food insecurity.  Check out the KTVF 11 spotlight at this link!

The Bread Line also wants to thank the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Foundation for donating the land and space for this garden project to come to life.  For the past 5 years, the Stone Soup Community Garden has harvested over 2,000 lbs of fresh produce for at-risk community members and this could not be possible without the help and generosity of the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Foundation.  Thank you!

And this could not be expressed enough – thank you to all of you who donate and volunteer for the Bread Line.  This anti-hunger mission to feed people and affirm lines is only possible through this community spirit of giving.
